Saracens edge out Bairritz

Saracens require just a losing point defeat in their final pool match of the Heineken Cup to be assured of a quarter final berth after narrowly defeating a resolute and determined Bairritz Olympique. A first half try from Ben Spencer and 15 points from the boot of Owen Farrell just gave the home side the advantage despite the efforts of Dimitri Yashvilli. The French international scored a second half charge down try which he converted, plus 3 penalties to conjure up a nervous close out for Saracens.
