Quins 10 out of 10 in Premiership

Harlequins made it 10 consecutive Aviva Premiership victories to maintain their 9 point lead over Saracens, who had in turn beaten London Irish in a tight fixture earlier in the day. However, Wasps pushed 'Quins all the way and during the first period dominated the scrummage, with well organised and determined defensive work preventing Wasps from taking advantage of camping on the visitors 5 meter line for considerable periods. A slick try from Mike Brown, followed by tough push over from Luke Wallace took 'Quins to a second half 22-6 lead, before Wasps hit back with two tries to leave the game poised for the last 7 minutes at 22-16. Once again, cool 'Quins heads saw the game to its conclusion, to continue the excellent start to the season which now sees them undefeated in all competitions, and 14 fixtures in all.
