Falcons Set NIA alight

Mick Ford and Chelmer Valley High School gymnastics display team, The Blue Falcons, set the NIA alight last weekend, with two outstanding performances at the Birmingham International Tattoo. The warm up, jumping through semi hoops set on fire, was just a precursor for two routines, hocus and gemini, interspersed with a visit from Santa and his helper. Two huge crowds on both days gave the team a rousing reception, and were not disappointed as the team performed beyond its customary expectations.
